Ganymedes

Ganymedes LHBT+ also participates in this wide range of associations. It is an association founded for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students.Every Thursday is party time at Ganymedes, as it is time for the weekly drink at Tram 13 in Gelkingestraat. Theme drinks are also often organised, with a variety of themes. In addition, monthly activities are organised, such as movie night, casino night or a photo hunt through the city. Furthermore, the association is involved in social activities.At Ganymede, you can talk, eat, drink and hang out with like-minded (and -grounded) students. Some members have been out of the closet for years and come for fun. For others, an evening at the association is a first step towards coming out or a first introduction to the gay scene. At the association, these students find a safe environment to sort it all out quietly. The door is also wide open for students who already belong to a student association or those who just want to take a look.
